Executive Summary
When Did It Begin
In
July 2010, I began my ordeal when I contacted my representative in Congress. I
wanted them to stop the CIA from infiltrating and manipulating the religious
centers, institutions and charity of my religion. The CIA had a network of
covert agents who occupied key roles in these organizations, including
leadership and clergy positions. In other words, they used a network of covert
agents who assumed critical roles in these organizations, such as directors,
managers, leaders, and ministers. They made decisions that are harmful to my
religious community. They wasted the funds of the community in projects with
very small benefit to cost ratios and allowed fraud organization established by
the CIA to conduct fund raising and collect funds from the community. My
disagreement with them led me to contact my representative in Congress. I was
simply asking to respect the law that forbids government entities from
interfering and dominating religious establishments. As revenge, the CIA
plotted with my employer to fire me, and then they would block me from getting
another job. They wanted me to go broke and flee the country. The congressman
passed on my complaints to the FBI, who verified the scheme. Few of the
perpetrators received sentences but the remaining ones stayed unharmed.
Legal Battles Against the CIA
In
May 2012, I sued the CIA for the inflection of emotional distress, which is a
valid cause of action in California under the Federal Tort Claims Act. In
August 2012, due to the legal action against them, the CIA manager plotted to
poison me in the Santa Clara Medical Center. I escaped death by a fluke. The
FBI probed the plot and the manager was convicted and locked up, and the court
confiscated all his assets and properties.
In
total, I filed four legal actions against the CIA: in May 2012, March 2013,
December 2017 and September 2019. All of these cases were ultimately dismissed.
Unable to secure legal representation brave enough to face the CIA's infinite
resources, I had to advocate for myself against the CIA. Additionally, the CIA
exerted their influence over the judges and the United States attorney, who
were vulnerable to their pressure and infiltration. They “convinced” them that
I was not sincere in my quest, but only motivated by greed. By exploiting their
access and authority, the CIA swayed the judges into believing that my pursuit
was driven by desire to financial gain rather than a genuine quest for justice.
Until today, I could never understand how enduring being a target of both a CIA
and employer conspiracy to unjustly terminate my employment, enduring career
sabotage, surviving an attempt on my life, tampering with my medication, and
enduring a continuous barrage of nefarious tormenting acts by the CIA did not
qualify me for a relief. These experiences shattered my faith in the fairness
of the American justice system.
CIA’s Relentless, Tormenting, Harassing and Abusive Actions
I
have been suffering from the CIA’s tormenting actions since 2010. They have
interfered with my mail orders, damaged my property, hindered my attempts of
accessing goods and services, alienated my friends and other community members,
harmed my family members, swapped my medications with tainted pills, and thrown
away my belongings. Despite the fact that they were caught by the FBI few
times, these actions persist. This ordeal is still ongoing to this day and I
have no hope of any relief.
My
psychotic medications was so intense and sedating that it would cause me to
sleep for long time and unable to work. In order to conceal my illness, the CIA
introduced amphetamines and PCP drugs through my medications, foods and drinks,
to keep me awake and energetic. The PCP caused me insomnia, and a burning
sensation in my arms and legs. It interfered with my psychotic medications and
worsened my depression, paranoia, anxiety and panic attacks. The CIA is still
hindering my ability to obtain employment. One of my attempts was in April
2014, where I got a job, but the CIA, again, contacted my supervisor and
others, and conspired with them to abuse me. I was essentially compelled to
leave after just one week. Now I have been unemployed since 2011. Who would
hire a person that suffers from mental disability and has not been working for
the past 12 years? In this way, the CIA sabotaged my employments and career.
Using Me as a Human Subject
In
2016, the CIA initiated a program involving me as a human subject. The initial
phase aimed at developing a decoder for mind reading. To achieve this, the CIA
introduced a chemical into my brain that would react to electromagnetic
radiation, generating an electromagnetic image of my brain's activity. This
chemical's role is akin to the contrast agent utilized in MRI scans, which
patients consume prior to the procedure. The CIA initially administered the
contrast chemical while I slept, prompting me to establish a secure room in the
attic, where I could lock myself in before sleeping to protect myself during
sleep. I also sought refuge in various locations like the backyard shed and the
basement, which I still inhabit.
Because
of this, the CIA needed alternative means to administer the contrast chemical.
They employed methods such as collaborating with my dentists, integrating the
chemical into flu shots, anesthesia shots and other vaccinations. The agency
went to great lengths, coordinating with my healthcare providers, dentists, and
pharmacists who administered the injections, ensuring a tainted dose containing
the contrast chemical. Unfortunately, the CIA abused its authority, leveraging
connections with my physicians, service providers, relatives, friends, and
society members. Through persuasion, intimidation or coercion, the agency
manipulated many individuals into cooperating, subjecting me to torment acts
and guaranteeing the administration of the contrast chemical.
Advancing to Mind Control
Following
the successful development of the mind reading decoder, the project advanced to
its second phase: direct brain control. The initial instance of this mind
control came to my attention in 2019. During my periods of sleep, I found
myself under external influence, capable of relocating objects from the
securely locked basement to the living room. These actions were orchestrated by
the CIA to serve as deliberate indicators, aimed at revealing the extent of
their control over my mind during my unconscious state. In response to these
orchestrated events, I took action to hinder my own movement out of the
basement. The process began with the placement of two obstacles, and as the CIA
left subtle indications, I augmented the barriers to a total of five. With
continued suggestions from the CIA, I persisted in raising the obstacle count
until it ultimately reached ten. I brought up this perplexing situation with my
psychiatrist, expressing the impossibility of surmounting these obstacles while
seemingly asleep. In response, he conveyed that I was, in fact, fully awake and
cognizant of my surroundings during these episodes, despite my lack of
recollection upon awakening.
Current State
At
present, the agency has effectively mastered the art of mind reading,
controlling and manipulating my memory, controlling my brain during sleep, and
exerting influence over my conscious moments. Their adeptness in contacting
individuals, issuing authoritative directives, and imposing secrecy has paved
the way for the realization of their sinister objectives: subjecting me to
torment and employing me as a test subject. This agency operates in the
shadows, flouting laws and violating rights. It exists as a renegade entity,
straying far beyond the confines of legality and constitutional bounds, all the
while abusing its bestowed power. A dire menace looms over our democracy,
epitomized by the actions of the CIA.
Social Stigma Surrounding Individuals with Mental Health Conditions
Enduring
years of torment at the hands of the CIA, spanning over 15 years, since the
year 2010, has caused the development of mental afflictions within me. The
stigma intertwined with mental health conditions may lead many to cast doubt
upon my assertions of being subjected to mind control experimentation. A
historical perspective on the declassified details of the past MKULTRA project
reveals a recurring pattern: the human subjects chosen possessed preexisting
mental challenges, a deliberate selection aimed at rendering their voices
unheard should they ever choose to speak out.
