Federal TORT Claims (FTCA)
The federal TORT claim act is the way that you can use to seek justice against
the ones who harmed you. In order to file a lawsuit against the US
government, you have to exhaust the administrative remedies first. If you are
injured by a Federal Agency, such as the CIA or FBI, you need to file a Federal
Tort Claim. See the
Federal Tort
Claims Act for more information.
If you lost your job or harmed by any government agency, you can seek justice by filing form SF-95 and send it with supporting documents to the following address;
If the injury is caused by the CIA, then send the claim to the following address:
Central Intelligence Agency
Ms. Sandy Vazquez, Attorney Advisor
Administrative Law Division
Office of General Council/ALD, Room 6Y17NHB
Washington, D.C. 20505
You can also send a message to i@zeiny.net
If you file a lawsuit, then the United States of America is the appropriate defendant in the case. If you file for your FOIA, then the CIA is the appropriate defendant. You can also sue unknown agents, informants and operatives from the CIA in their individual capacity for the violations of your civil rights under a law called Bivens. You cannot sue any federal agency for civil rights violations. However in California you can sue a Federal Agency for the purpose of obtaining injunctive orders against this federal agency.
